When it comes to children, divorce settlements, alimony and etc. trust me, you want the best, you want experience and expertise. My initial divorce was handled by a sloppy attorney, but Helena was able to fix everything and even make it better. Super thankful and I would always recommend this law firm. Trust me, when it comes to sensitive issues like divorce, children, you only want the best. She is one of the few that is responsive, answers emails and phone calls promptly (!!!!), a rare quality among attorneys these days. She is always there to explain and clarify.

There are better attorneys that are not so rude and abrupt. I was skeptical from the the first call I made to inquire about the process and the fees. Helena was short and dismissive. She didn't do a good job explaining the process as she was about . So this is not your friendly attorney you can call for clarification/process check even after you've paid a retainer. She'll even charge for correction I pointed in a document and also an email response as that was the preferred form of communication. There was an instance were I merely called her office for clarification on the document and I left a message with a woman that answered the phone. Helena rudely told me via email don't call or leave messages and that she was a busy woman and that I must adhere to her communication policy. Very bad experience choosing her and I wasted my money. I should have trusted my instincts and go somewhere else as I feel I was at her mercy. I am not making any of this up and I bet you know your clients and recall exactly what I've written. That said, I'll not recommend her.
